What are the delivery charges for orders from the zarrazaura.com?
Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below :
- East Malaysia – RM10
- Sabah & Sarawak – RM15
For the first 1KG and subsequent additional gram is as per J&T Tariff Rate
International Delivery
We charge based on DHL International postage fees

How long will delivery take?
READY STOCK ITEM :
5-7 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia exclude packaging process.
7-10 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak exclude packaging process.
This depends 100% on the courier service employed
PRE ORDER ITEM :
Item will be post out once it’s ready and will be notified.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed, the product will leave our warehouse on the same day or at the following work day depend on the product availability (please refer shipping information)
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed.
